Dawn Osbourne has worked in the tech industry for 19 years. She is a Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) leader and Chair of an award-winning Black Employee Network EMEA, which she founded in 2018.

Inspired by an article she read on the struggles young people from ethnic minorities face in achieving the same professionally as their counterparts, she launched the Black Employee Network EMEA with the aim of recruiting, retaining and advancing diverse talent in the tech industry.

Dawn’s organisation of D&I programmes has earned multiple honours, including the Diversity & Inclusion Initiative of the Year Award in the Ethnicity category at The Inclusive Tech Alliance (ITA) Awards in 2019, and the Diversity Champion Award at the 2020 Black Tech Achievement Awards.
